Your site was using too many resources for the daily limit. In 24 hours starting from the suspension date, you will only then be able to access the site. As long as the 24 hours isn’t over, you will not be able to do anything related to the site.
So I ask how do I avoid this because in the beginning this used to happen every once in a while like every week but now it happens every day so I want to avoid this like what things I shouldn’t do
I mean what client area says about the suspension? What type?

After I read I think the problem is that I use the plugin to make a backup

Using backup plugins is not recommended. Maybe that is the reason for many suspensions for you

Yes, that is probably correct. Backup plugins require a lot of resources and are almost always running. Setting a weekly timer on your phone to take a weekly backup is a much better idea.

But the problem is that the backup of my site is not completed, it continues to progress for a very long time and after that the site was suspended temporarily, I think that the plugin for making a backup is not good, is it better to backup my site via FTP better than the plugin

Please try to avoid plugins as much as you can.
That will help you to avoid these kind of problem.
We all know many people are not much having coding knowledge and plugin play major role for solving problem or modification.but we dnt have any other option for solve!
Or move to premium hosting.
Else this kind of problem will occurs often!

Take Database backup also!

But I have a question: When I make a backup via FTP, will I copy everything such as the content of the site and plugins and everything, and if I want to restore my site will it be easy or complicated?
If you took backup all the files inside htdocs folder and going to restore under same domain name in future then simply pasting files enough! So its easy
But if u change domain name then we need to make some changes in domain name values!
Don’t forget to take backup DB also!

Without copy/download your files to your local device.
