Suspended Domain stillherco.xo.je - Need Backup for Migration

Website URL

stillherco.xo.je

Error Message

Before the suspension, my site was crashing and showing ‘HTTP ERROR 500’ (Internal Server Error) on the WordPress dashboard and unstyled content on the front end. Now, when I visit the URL, the page says: 'Domain Suspended’.

Other Information

Hello, I need urgent assistance with my suspended hosting account for my website.

  1. Website URL: stillherco.xo.je
  2. Error Sequence:
    • Before suspension, my site was unstyled and frequently crashing with an **HTTP ERROR 500** (Internal Server Error).
    • Currently, the site displays the “Domain Suspended” message.
    1. Goal: I understand that my current WordPress setup is too resource-intensive for the free plan, and I am preparing to migrate to reliable paid hosting. Could you please provide a full backup (files and database/SQL export) of my account, or temporarily re-enable FTP/File Manager access so I can download my data immediately for migration? I have not received an official suspension email yet, which is why I am posting here. Currently, the site displays the “Domain Suspended” message, and sometimes an Error 404 (Not Found) page.

Thank you for your quick help

This is free hosting, so do it yourself

Wait for suspension to end.

As for error 500, read

Anyway I do not see any issue

If you’re pasting in a message from AI, then at the very least at least look what’s in the message field before hitting the post button. If you did, you would have noticed your formatting is mangled because your markdown is escaped and all points are on a single line, and the subject was URL encoded.

I cleaned it up for you now, but do this yourself first next time.

As for the issue itself:

  • Your website was offline because it was suspended for inactivity. You could easily see this in the client area, or in the email notifications you have received.
  • The HTTP ERROR 500 is because your WordPress installation is corrupted. One very clear issue is that the wp-includes directory was renamed to wp-inc.
  • I see absolutely zero evidence to suggest that your website is too resource intensive for free hosting. Premium hosting does not have activity requirements (only payment requirements), so that would avoid the suspension, but it seems wasteful to me to invest money into a website specifically because you’re not actually using it.

I see that you have successfully managed to reactivate your account, meaning you have full access to your files again.

But before you backup your website to move it elsewhere, please carefully consider why you’re actually leaving us. If our hosting actually doesn’t work for you, then I wish you best of luck with your new hosting provider. But I would be disappointed if you left us solely because some AI fed you convincing nonsense about non-existent issues that are supposedly causing the trouble you’re having.
