Suspended domain for "faucet content"

Error Message

Last night I was trying one WordPress plugin: WP Githuber MD … after activating it and use it as editor for first time, my infinityfree account was suspended. Then i sended a ticket and this was the response:

"Hi there,
Your free account faucet content has triggered our free hosting systems abuse filter detectors and has been suspended,
FAUCET content / links detected at:
martínez.co/htdocs/blog/index.php
qr.martínez.co/htdocs/dbmaster/index.php

sorry faucet is not allowed here…
We would love to host this kind of content on our premium servers please consider upgrading to iFastNet premium where faucet content is allowed, and there are 100s of benefits!"

Other Information

I cannot understand why my account will be deleted nor why I have to update to premium. My website just have a couple of personal blogs (my wife’s and mine) and cannot remember the “dbmaster” folder on my root.

Is it possible that the webmaster reactivate my site? I can (and I will!) delete this plugin causing problems.

Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately, your account cannot be opened until the 24 hour suspension limit it up.

As soon as your account is reactivated, I would recommend doing this, and maybe also check for the “dbmaster” folder and remove it if you can.

Hope this helps!

Hi greenreader9 and thanks for your reply…

i don’t know if you are an infinity free admin but my problem seems to be that my whole account is completely suspended… ¿forever?.. the solution that I receive in the ticket answer was to upgrade to premium hosting…

I have been blocked before for reaching the server daily CPU limit, but this time the message i received was one of “suspended account” because “faucet”… by the way i could not find or understand what does it mean…

My question is about keep using the free hosting service…

Thanks anyway!

Nope! A user like you!

How many times have you been suspended?

A permanent suspension happens when you either have a suspended domain because of daily hits and or CPU usage approximately 40 times. InfinityFree suspends your entire website forever to prevent more high CPU usage.
Contact them through a support ticket if it was not 50 times, it might be because of complaints, etc.

Hi again… it’s my 8th suspension … and I don’t think more than 5 were for reaching CPU limits…

Let’s see what happens tomorrow… I mean, to see if my website is up again…

Thanks!

You have violated TOS. I think the ban is permanent.

Hi DigbytechsOrg and KangJL:

Wow! I didn’t know faucet means cryptocurrency minning…

I was not aware that this bots could run within a wordpress plugin… I wrote to admin and he says I will need to clean my index.php

Apparently my account will be reactivated and then I will deactivate that plugin…

¿Is there any “list” or place where I can denunce this plugin?

Thanks a lot… I will tell you when my site is online again!

That plugin used to be vulnerable to exactly those kinds of hacks.

The actual version is newer than the 1.4.1 that they mention in this article, but the issue is probably not fixed yet.

Hi alexvf:

I have installed version 1.16 and maybe the issues stays…

Now my site is back again and I have deactivated and deleted that plugin … Right now I am generating a backup of my entire blog…

This happened to me multiple times. But I just asked to reactivate it and they said they removed the file and reactivated it

Let make this a bit simpler to understand:

Your website triggered the abuse filters and was automatically suspended. This is NOT a temporary suspension. However, if you ask the support staff, you may be able to get the content removed and your site unsuspended. If they do that, then you can ask for your website files and they should give them to you.
