Good day. I was trying to setup my website and I installed and reinstalled a couple of softaculous scripts. Finally I installed wordpress and I was trying to set up my blog. Also, I have changed the MX to try to configure my google apps mail account.

I was trying to create a ticket but i get this message: "An error occurred while trying to create your ticket. Please try again later. "

I checked the issue and it appears to be caused by a bug in the ticket system. I’ve submitted a bug report to get this fixed.

Meanwhile your account has been checked and it is being reactivated now.
