Other Information

Hello InfinityFree Support Team,

My account was recently suspended for suspected phishing, and I understand it’s scheduled to be reactivated on Thursday, 31 July at 19:02. However, I have an urgent university deadline and need to submit my final year project by Friday morning.

I cannot access the WordPress dashboard, file manager, FTP, or database, which means I can’t retrieve the files or database I need to rebuild the project or continue working offline.

Please, I respectfully request temporary access or a backup of my website (both the files and the database) so I can continue my work and meet this critical academic deadline.

Details:

This is for academic purposes only — not phishing, spam, or anything harmful. I truly appreciate the free service you offer and hope you can assist me just this once due to the time-sensitive nature of my request.

Thank you in advance for your understanding and help.

Best regards,
obafemi

The phishing warning is not for your site, but for (ironically) the page your site redirects to because it’s suspended. It’s a false positive, and a known issue. As for the suspension itself, please refer to the following article. Nobody on the forum can help you with a suspension.

And for future reference, please avoid using AI to write your forum posts (besides machine translation anyway). It actually makes things less clear than if you had written the message entirely yourself.

And finally, if your site is that important, I would highly recommend making backups of it yourself after every change, or working on it locally.

thank you for the feedback i think i would have to wait

Hello,

The information Edward shared is correct, however I would also like to mention that you should not be using AI to make support requests. It often changes your question, and makes it harder for us to understand what you are asking for, and what the problem is.

Thank you!
