in 28/05/2025 i receive this e-mail :

ok, reactiveted my site, but in the early hours of Thursday to Friday i receive this mensage in SPAM :

Could someone from the InfinityFree hosting service support team help with this or explain because second email goin to spam ?

This is a community forum. There is no support team.

But the email you shared looks legit. if its going to spam, thats to do with your email provider’s spam settings.

Because second email goin to spam and have my id site,e-mail e id manager but

But first e-mail have my id site,and host and sceond goin to spam but have mu id site, hostname and id manager you can explain me ?
