I contacted the support 10 days ago, because all my accounts were suspended. I didn’t get a reply, so I am asking here for help. I don’t know what rule I broke, if I did. This is mainly for admin guy the others can’t rlly help but any help is appreciated.

The admin can’t really help with that either. Only the support ticket staff have any authority to help with suspended accounts. Since it’s been so long since you’ve sent the ticket, try bumping it. That’ll put it back in the queue to be answered.

Doesn’t work, that moves ticket to back.

That’s only the case when the ticket is actually in the queue. But they’re generally answered within a few days, and considering how long OP has been waiting for a response, it’s quite likely that their ticket has been passed over and is no longer in the queue. When that happens, bumping the ticket is a good thing because it returns it to the queue so it can be answered.
