I looked up your domain name, and despite the nameservers configured, it is actually assigned to a hosting account with us.
The account is not suspended or deleted, it’s very much active (as you can tell by the working website on it).
Looking at the specific profile, I can see the domain has been hosted there for some time already, and it was accessed within the last two weeks. It was not accessed from the same IP address, but it is using a similar device on the same ISP.
Are you sure that you didn’t sign up with another email address as well, which may be hosting that domain name?
