If domain was permanently suspended due to abuse or limit exceeded, please look for other hosting that is not on ifastnet infrastucture. Otherwise, wait for Admin to come online to help you.

Previously, I was using free hosting on InfinityFree. After a long time, the default domain from InfinityFree got suspended and deleted because it didn’t receive any visits within a certain period, since I was only using my custom domain that I bought from another registrar. And now, when I want to use that custom domain again, I can’t, because it’s still stuck/linked to the hosting account that was deleted by InfinityFree.
If it’s saying it’s linked to an old account, then that account wasn’t deleted. Suspended maybe, but not deleted.
If you can remember the login details, you can log in and remove the domain manually

I looked up your domain name, and despite the nameservers configured, it is actually assigned to a hosting account with us.
The account is not suspended or deleted, it’s very much active (as you can tell by the working website on it).
Looking at the specific profile, I can see the domain has been hosted there for some time already, and it was accessed within the last two weeks. It was not accessed from the same IP address, but it is using a similar device on the same ISP.
Are you sure that you didn’t sign up with another email address as well, which may be hosting that domain name?
