You’ll have to explain that in the support ticket you sent. Nobody on this forum (including Admin) can help do anything about a suspended account.
If the suspension staff refuse to reactivate your account, you can ask them to generate a backup for you. They’ll generally do so for you, aside from extreme exceptions.
Please be aware that free hosting and premium hosting are very different services. The policy enforcement is very different and so is the level of support.
If you are looking to evaluate whether iFastNet’s premium hosting is a good fit for you, then you should try the premium hosting. Don’t try the free hosting and then be surprised that it’s not premium quality.
