Subir proyecto

Hola, soy Axel. Me gustaria que me ayuden con una pequeña duda.
Estoy por subir mi pequeña web, dicha web esta cofprmada por la carpeta principal que tiene el nombre del proyecto, seguido de los archivos HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, ademas tambien tengo una carpeta con documentos PDF los cuales uso ena web.

Mi duda es comodeberia subir el proyecto, tal cual esta con toda la carpeta que contiene todo o por separado.
