Hello!

I have created an account at infinityfree. While setting up my website, I have noticed 2 things:

  1. subdomains only work with ‘www’ in front.
    Eg.:
    ‘www.subdomain.domain.com’ - works properly;
    ‘subdomain.domain.com’ - redirects user to ‘subdomain.domain.com/legacy’;

  2. CloudFlare integration seems like is not configured properly.

Steps I followed when i encountered this issue:

  1. Navigate to Cloudflare in ‘Software/Services’ section
  2. ‘Alter Cloudflare’ on specific domain
  3. ‘Click to Enable’

CLOUDFLARE ERROR : No user_key.

After a brief search on Google, looks like this has something to do with the api configuration.

Can you please try to clear your browser cache or check the domain through your web browser’s private/incognito browsing mode? That issue is most likely just caused by your browser remembering the redirect.

Does this happen with your own domain or with a free subdomain? The Cloudflare integration doesn’t really work well with subdomains yet, but we’re still working on that.

i have the same problem here, my website works only with ‘www’ in front
without that it redirects me to mysubdomain.domain.com/legacy

i tried clearing cache on chrome and tried incognito and i even tried microsoft edge and still the same problem

any other solution anything else i can try ?
