I have created a subdomain under my domain. Is this possible? Thanks for responding ahead.
And when I open the URL, there’s nothing there.
Are you using Cloudflare? Our Cloudflare integration is quite experimental and subdomains don’t work with it yet. You may need to disable Cloudflare in order to be able to use subdomains.

It’s a known bug. Enabling Cloudflare requires us to make DNS changes to your account, which subsequently overrides any subdomains or custom MX records. You could try to enable Cloudflare for the subdomain as well, but disabling Cloudflare entirely is probably a safer bet.
