Subdomain for an e-commerce store

Hello

For a few months I have had my website here with my own domain.

Now I want to sell through a virtual store and use a subdomain and not use the address that the store gives me.

Domain: sif4.com.ar
Subdomain: tienda.sif4.com.ar

Yesterday I did the store steps to link my subdomain and also uploaded the ssl certificate for the subdomain. Up to that point everything seems correct.

But I can’t get the store page to appear when I go to the subdomain.

I don’t know if I’m doing this right, and it’s been 4 hours since I created those last two records.

If the page you’re seeing isn’t the one you want to see, then what @KangJL wrote above might explain why you’re facing an issue:

If you did this, you’re unable to use the subdomain as a CNAME record, which may explain why it does not work.

Yes, I created the subdomain on this hosting (infinityfree).

First it worked only with www.tienda.sif4.com.ar and now it works without www. I deleted the cookies, maybe that was it.
