When i try to create a subdomain withy own domain it’s not creating

Welcome to the forum.
What specifically isn’t working about it? Can you share the error message or screenshot?

I’ve had a go and can create a sub domain off my own custom domain easily enough.

However, you can’t create a sub domain, from an existing InfinityFree sub domain.

there is no error, when i type the name of subdomain and press create nothing done

I have no idea why it doesn’t work for you, but I’d be happy to check.

To know what I should check, could you please tell us:

  • Which subdomain would you like to create?
  • On which domain would you like to create this subdomain?
  • Are you trying to create it through the client area or the control panel?
