Content was there but it was not streaming in any player.

I don’t have enough information…
but I think everything should be on HTTPS and not on HTTP
because today most players and browsers require that the streaming URL must be HTTPS
Your video server (or audio) should be switched to HTTPS
and probably a specific port so that the firewall would not block it
But that may be only a fraction of the problem
