Strange URL Parameter /?i=1 Appearing on My Website

Hello everyone,

I’ve noticed something strange happening with my website. Whenever I open it, the URL ends with /?i=1. For example, instead of just seeing https://martitems.com, it displays https://martitems.com/?i=1.

I’m not sure why this is happening. Has anyone experienced a similar issue or does anyone know what might be causing this? Is it something to be concerned about, and how can I fix it?
