i cant use the funtion to get a ssl key in order to creat a new certificate to my site
its a bug?
As far as I know, the function is working fine. What do you see? Do you get any error messages?

Generally, the system provides an error code as well. Can you please copy the exact error message as provided by the control panel?
when i click the option to generate a new private key, i fulfill all the data needed and i dont get any kind of message and any error.

The private key you are trying to upload is not valid.

That’s good, because you generally want to use the private key provided by us and let the SSL provider generate a certificate based on the corresponding CSR.
