I added one ssl certificate to my website than accidentaly deleted it and downloaded another but my active certificate on website is certificate which i cant download because i removed from the list in the client area. What should i do in this case

Tried 3 different browsers cleared cache 2 on pc one on phone with vpn /without. tried incognito downloaded another browser with vpn got linked to this site https://psgo99.site/?i=1 and shown this

Tried in opera now. And its working, so this means website can only be working in opera browser XD? Because others not
