Hmm, it looks like the DNS resolver on the server hosting the client area is returning the incorrect data. It looks like it’s trying to resolve the domain name in the epizy.com nameservers.
I’ve changed the resolver on the server for the moment. It looks like the challenge passes now!
i try to create new website to try the panel for ssl. i can upload keys and certificate. but in joanathx.com i can’t upload any private keys. hope this will be resolve. thanks
nothing is uploaded in the private key. i try any private key but is not uploading in my control panel. i try also to test in my other free account it can upload private keys. but for my custom domain account (joanathx.com) i cannot upload private key.
i’ll check again once the suspension is lifted due to cpu limit
it is still the same. you cannot upload private key. only solution i use is by the method posted by [DaniMelapela] to generate private key in the panel and upload the private key.
