Thanks for testing. It
*.free.nf seems to be blocked by my internet provider.

It seems that the certificate chain is not complete on android, linux and iphone devices. Only windows works.
Also internet filters not running on windows block the SSL connection.

Your website has a valid SSL certificate on it that works on all modern devices, including iOS:

Probably free.nf is blocked by KPN.

E.g. the following sites are not working (i.e. server not found):
vitanova.free.nf
hcbbs.free.nf
midamoc.free.nf
wfxf.free.nf

I could reach these sites using the tor-browser, but this browser complains about the certificate chain (SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER)

KPN is one of the largest internetproviders in the Netherlands…

What can I do about this?

This?

Use VPN?

This = the tor browser

VPN is not an option - I need visitors to be able to visit the site without installing a VPN

The certificate chain provided by the server is incomplete. Below first a complete chain (https://forum.infinityfree.com):

And next the certificate chain of https:vitanova.free.nf:

Online SSL testing tools don’t work on free hosting because they get blocked by this:

As I shared in my screenshot, your certificate is working perfectly fine for me, and as others have said, it’s working fine for them to. The issue is your browser/device, it’s not the certificate or your website. The VPN suggestion lets us confirm that, and gets you access to your site.

The free.nf domain appears to be blocked by some providers. It’s notably listed in IBM’s X-Force Exchange as being a phishing URL. This data source is consumed by some DNS resolvers, such as Quad9, for their own blocklists.

I’ve been trying to get the free.nf domain delisted from there, but unsuccessfully so far.

In the mean time, you could try reporting this issue to KPN and see if they can push the issue from their end. Alternatively, you could consider moving your website to a different subdomain.

The malware filter provided by kpn is blocking free.nf. When I switch of the malware filter, free.nf is accessible.
I will try to report to kpn.
