Hey there,
I see a lot of stuff around about the SSL certificate(such as:https://edgeone.ai/tools/ssl-certificate) you get with your website. Normally this takes 24 hours, but now it takes very very long for my site to show up (longer than 72 hours).
How is there any way to check if this is going well? I think all my DNS settings are good, maybe there is a TXT record that i missed?
It’s very frustrating as the client needs the website fast.
When setting up the free SSL certificates there are multiple steps you need to take.
Can you share a screenshot from that section of of your control panel so we can see what step you’re stuck on and provide further guidance

For starters, please be aware that we don’t create and install SSL certificates for your website automatically.
You’ll need to manually request it and go through the verification and installation process. Many of the steps only involve a single button click, but you still need to click those buttons.

Also, if you need help with your service, please post it in hosting support. The topic template for informal has a message in all caps saying “THIS CATEGORY IS NOT FOR SUPPORT REQUESTS”. So then please don’t put your support requests in that category.
