Error Message

SSL not found

Other Information

My domain does not find the SSL, a few days ago it worked correctly but I changed the index site.
The page opens without problems, but the domain administrator tells me that SSL is not included.
But the SSL section says it’s active.

I have placed an index in htdos and another in the domain folder. Maybe I need to place the index inside the domain’s htdocs folder?

It all started because the external domain folder I bought did not have the index, and was working with the previous domain, I thought I had to change it. But when you move the index to the domain folder, the web page stops working.
I now understand that the new domain is assigned to the previous domain.
I have also deleted files from the Sitepro folder.

But I have the index in the main folder htdocs and the SSL is not working, because it is in red with the message of not found.

No issue

For reference SSL issues cannot be solved by just moving some files inside your website folder

I’m more calm, in fact the page works well, but I am intrigued that it appears as not found. Thanks.

Right now I have another problem, it won’t let me upload files or open new ones. I’m not taking up so much disk space.

Are you using the File Manager?

It’s having some issues recently, please try FileZilla instead.

True, sometimes upload the file, other times when the process is finished the file is not.
I’ll have to learn how to drive FileZilla. Thank you very much.
