I have been struggling to fix ssl status issue for live ssl.
It is showing ssl installed but ssl live status not found.
This issue is not with all subdomains , i have Main domain arshadkamal.free.nf with no issues but since last week I keep getting ssl status not found.
I deleted many times , reissued even from outside of infinityfree(zerossl).
I am totally stuck here and need help in fixing

We now have system-wide wildcard SSL certificates for our domains, which is applied automatically to all free subdomains. Thanks to this single, shared certificate, you no longer need to get your own SSL certificate for your own subdomain.
Limitations
The wildcard SSL certificate only protects direct subdomains of our domains, like example.ct.ws. It does not protect subdomains or subdomains, such as www.example.ct.ws or blog.example.ct.ws.
Due to an oversight in the rollout, all certificates for direct subdomains have now been disabled. However, this also results in all www subdomains no longer having any SSL. We are aware of the issue and are looking for a suitable solution.

Any update so far or any fixes, now I cannot see even certs in either accounts

I have updated the announcement with the latest information.
In short: sub-subdomains will not have SSL support anymore. They were only possible due to a bug, and as such could not be considered when designing this change. And no fixes will be made for it.
Please consider moving your admin area to a different subdomain.
