You can use InfinityFree’s free SSL (https://app.infinityfree.net/ssls) or you can search up free ssls (free ssl certificate - Google Suche). If you are going to use the infinity free one then I recommend following this article:

This SSL provider requires additional verification to issue your certificate. Please click the pending certificate for more information.

Just follow the on-screen directions.
I still don’t know, do we have to wait for the client area SLL to be accepted or processed?
Yes… You need to wait until the certificate is accepted. I’m a bit confused though, what step/process are you on? Did you complete the inserting records into the CPanel?
