is it only me or for everyone? the form switch seems to broken on frontend.
I have seen this before with different switches, most defenitely a bug

Yes, this is a bug. It’s actually the same underlying issue that effects close buttons on alerts and modals too.
I have reported the issue to the people who can fix it.
