SSL ERROR on Firefox

My website URL is:rom.shreejalmaharjan.ml

**What I’m seeing is:I get SSL ERROR on Firefox but not on chrome which was issued directly from InfinityFree dashboard. I think that CA Chain is needed

**

I’m using this software:VistaPanel

Additional information:is anyone having the same problem?

For me it works without any ssl errors. Maybe you need to clear your Firefox data.

@anon19508339 I using virtual machines from browserling.com and it shows errors on SSL and on my PC too it shows the same, and BTW it’s not file backup, it’s a collection of Android Custom ROMs which is not hosted on InfinityFree.

Odd:

BTW the folder names are weird, Change them :expressionless:

You’re using internet explorer, try Firefox 68 and the folder names are weird because it needs to be matched with device code name for eg- “j5xnlte” is “Samsung Galaxy J5 2016” and “j5lte” is “Samsung Galaxy J5 2015” and if you flash wrong zip file then you’ll hardbrick your device so, most Android enthusiastic people will recognise it and noobs might install wrong file so, it’s clearly named like that. @anon19508339

I tried yours and i got the error you get but with client-one:

Weird

I see that you have a very old version of Firefox try the latest one and update to windows 10 man, Win7 support is ending this month

I got the problem now! it is not trusted by Every browser, Probably this can help you about it:

I don’t care about that on an unofficial Desktop.

Yeah, just realised that it was due to certificate chain not being added and what’s meant by “Unofficial Desktop”?

Meaning It is not my own Desktop (pc)

Please keep in mind that using our hosting for file sharing sites is not allowed. Please remove this ROM sharing tool and it’s files from your hosting account.

In sorry @Admin but I think you’re mistaken. I’m hosting files on Mega.nz and I’m not sharing files, just storing them.

File hosting is also not allowed on our service. And even if you’re not intentionally sharing the files, you’re still listing the files and offering them for download, so I would classify this as “file sharing”.

But if you’re hosting the files on Mega and are allowed to distribute this content, then it’s OK.

Yes all files distributed here are open source but you completely went off-topic, what’s wrong with my SSL regarding Firefox?

I think you can find your solution from where i linked?
Admin didn’t go off-topic. They mentioned you about this hosting rule!

I know, but the topic was about SSL

As for the SSL issue, I can’t reproduce it. I use Firefox too (version 71 on Linux) and I see a padlock without any errors when I visit your website.

Which version of Firefox do you use and which operating system do you run it on (the title bar looks like Windows 7?).

@Admin Firefox 68 on windows 7 is being used, you can try it here- Browserling - Live interactive cross-browser testing.

I did some comparisons between the browser configurations, and it looks like my own browser has already imported the Let’s Encrypt X3 intermediate certificate into the browser. This additional imported certificate allows it to recognize the Let’s Encrypt certificate on your website.

In the Browserling test, I was able to navigate to letsencrypt.org first (or any other site which has Let’s Encrypt) and then open your website without SSL errors.
