Hello, I’m Julia from Brazil… My SSL certificate was approved, and after a few days of unintentionally messing with ‘CNAME records,’ I accidentally deleted my CNAME code. Now I’m having trouble adding it back; my record name and destination no longer appear. I want to know what to do and how to find my ‘record name and destination.’ Can someone please help me?

I checked the SSL page and there does not seem to be a place to find the CNAME records. I suggest you create a new SSL certificate and delete the other one.

The record exists only for the validation to happen; you no longer need it after your SSL certificate has been installed. When you’ll need to renew it, a new record will be created for the new certificate.
