SSL Certificates - no longer required?

I have been regularly renewing the SSL Certifcate for chigdata.free.nf but this time when I select Create New Order I get the following message:
“Custom SSL Certificates are no longer supported for free subdomains. All free subdomains have SSL be default”

Does this mean that I no longer need to renew my Certificate, and that my domain will continue to be https?
