Not sure what else I need to do as your SSL certificate page says valid certificate is installed (valid until 23/3/2022). Thanks for your advice

This is referring to the old SSL cert. You may ignore it
Since you already upload the new cert, you should be fine

If you want 1 year certificates, use CloudFlare.
