Can't install ssl

I checked the issue. It seems that a bug was introduced into the control panel that prohibits some CNAME records from being added. Unfortunately, it seems like the validation CNAME records of all SSL providers are affected by this. I have notified iFastNet about this. Unfortunately, all you can do right now is wait.

Yes, thank you all. This has been fixed. I was able to request and install the free SSL certificate on my site. The only issue I’m having now is that after the certificate was installed, it doesn’t find the index page now when typing my site address. I have included the .htaccess file as instructed in the help file to redirect traffic from http to https but still this doesn’t seem to do anything. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!!
