Other Information

Hello,

My hosting account username: if0_42430445

Domain: mrwhite.website

  • Domain status: Active
  • Hosting IP: 185.27.134.229
  • Let’s Encrypt certificate status: Issued
  • Expiration: 2026-10-15
  • DNS validation completed successfully.
  • Clicking “Install SSL Certificate” says the certificate has been installed.
  • However, Step 5 still shows:
    Status: -
    Issuer: -
    Expires at: -

Browsers show:
NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID

SSL Labs reports that a self-signed wildcard certificate is being served instead of the Let’s Encrypt certificate.

My website works over HTTP, but HTTPS is not using the issued certificate.

Could you please check the SSL installation for my hosting account?

Thank you.

No issue. Try clearing your browser cache.

looks to be working fine to me

SSL Labs does seem to have some problems with the hosting here for some reason. BUT given that you’re using a custom domain, you may want to consider using Cloudflare and their SSL tools as in my experience its easier than renewing the certificate all the time yourself.

That also gives you access to Cloudflares other tools, including their DDOS protection tools

When did you install the certificate? Note that the installation confirmation message said that it can take up to an hour for the certificate to become active.
