SSL Certificate Issue

My domain alixenovels.com has a Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate marked as “Issued,” and I clicked “Install SSL Certificate Automatically.” However, browsers still show:

NET::ERR_CERT_VALIDITY_TOO_LONG

Step 5 verification still says “Not Found.”

I already:

  • removed old expired certificates

  • kept only one active certificate

  • reinstalled SSL automatically

  • waited for propagation

Could someone check whether the SSL certificate is properly installed on hosting account epiz_31040809 and whether the server is still serving an old certificate?

Looks ok

Unrelated error messages.

The first one indicates that something is wrong on your device.
The second one indicates that the Client Area have not picked up the changes yet. If the certificate actually doesn’t exist then you will recieve a different message, but it does exist because both KangJL and me were able to access your website with HTTPS.

My guess is that both messages are caused by the same underlying issue: the installation of your SSL certificate wasn’t fully active yet.

As the message says when you install a certificate: it can take up to 1 hour before the certificate is fully active.

So what you’re seeing is completely expected, and the fix is very simple: just wait for an hour for the installation to be completed.
