SSL Certificate issue

Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue with installing an SSL certificate on my InfinityFree account for my domain. The certificate from Let’s Encrypt is successfully issued via the InfinityFree panel, but when I click “Install Certificate Automatically,” the interface says it will be installed within 1 hour. However, the installation status remains “not found” and nothing changes even after several hours.
I have already tried:
• Revoking and reissuing the certificate via the SSL Certificates dashboard.
• Manually copying and pasting the Private Key and Certificate (including headers and footers) into the vPanel’s SSL/TLS section for my domain and uploading both fields.
• Waiting for DNS propagation, clearing cache, and checking from different browsers and devices.
Despite these steps, the SSL remains “not found” and my site stays unsecured.
Could this be a recent platform issue, a limitation of the free hosting plan, or am I missing an additional step?
Any advice or a fix from admins or users with similar experience would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you.

So the first step would be you checking the website’s current status and screenshot the actual error when you visit your website, instead of guessing some random reasons and waste everyone’s time.

Besides it can greatly help if you share your website’s URL so that people can see if it’s actually not working or it is just a detection bug in the system.

You can also screenshot the client area, so we can see this “Not Found” with context.
