Ssl certificate issue on subdomain

I am experiencing an issue with my website, smartscaleinsights.lovestoblog.com. Currently, it is displaying as “HTTP” and not “HTTPS,” which means the connection is not secure.

I understand that an SSL certificate is required to enable HTTPS. Could you please provide detailed guidance or assistance on the steps I need to take to obtain and install an SSL certificate for my domain on InfinityFree?

Specifically, I would appreciate information on:
- How to generate a CSR (Certificate Signing Request).
- Recommended free SSL providers compatible with InfinityFree.
- The process of installing the SSL certificate through the InfinityFree control panel.
- Any potential troubleshooting steps if I encounter issues.

Thank you for your help in securing my website.

You do appear to have a valid SSL certificate installed. But please understand that having an SSL certificate setup only makes your website capable of using HTTPS. If you actually want to ensure that all visitors use HTTPS, you need to do a little bit more work to enforce it.

Seeing how your website is using WordPress, the only thing you should have to do is go into the WordPress admin area, then go to Settings → General, and update the website URL there. Simply replace http:// with https:// in the URL and you’re done!
