SSL Certificate Installed but Status Still "Not Found" for arnifamilygrobogan.web.id

Dear InfinityFree Support,

I would like to request your assistance regarding an SSL issue on my hosting account.

My domain:

arnifamilygrobogan.web.id

The previous SSL certificate expired today. I created a new free SSL certificate through the InfinityFree SSL service.

The certificate order has been completed successfully with the following status:

Certificate Status: Issued
Certificate Provider: Google Trust
Installation Status: The SSL certificate has been installed! It may take up to 1 hour for it to become active.

However, after the installation, the verification section still reports:

Status: Not Found
Issuer: -
Expires at: -

As shown in the attached screenshot, the certificate has already been issued and the system confirms that it has been installed, but the active SSL certificate cannot be detected on the domain.

Could you please verify whether:

  1. The SSL service is still fully supported for my hosting account.
  2. The certificate has actually been deployed on the web server.
  3. There is any issue with the SSL provisioning system or synchronization.
  4. Any additional action is required from my side.

I have attached a screenshot showing the current status.

First thing to check, have you waited the hour then refreshed your page?

The most common problem people have is not waiting the hour for everything to complete.

You may also want to look into using cloudflare since you’re using a custom domain. You can configure their ssl settings so you don’t need to manually rebew your certificate all the time
