According to the SSL Labs test, the certificate chain is incomplete, which causes the SSL grade to be capped at B. It appears that the intermediate certificate is missing.
I have already installed the SSL certificate, but the issue still exists.

Your site is secure and the ssl certificate is working.
SSL labs has a real problem with the ssl certificates here. Im not sure why, but as long as your page shows as secure when you access it i wouldn’t worry about it
Intermediate/chained certificates are not supported here so if you have a custom domain you’ll always have this issue. Unfortunately it’s not something you can fix.
