Hello, I can’t find the Record SPF to add it to the Cpanel.epizy.com. So I can’t get into my email accounts and the webmail.

There is no SPF record that you will need to add if you’re using the current InfinityFree email system.
If you’re using another email service provider you can get an SPF record from them and add it so that it will improve your email deliveravility.

So I can’t get into my email accounts and the webmail.

SPF records does not affect the way how you can login, it’s purpose is just to make sure you’re emails won’t get marked as Spam.

The creation of new email accounts is disabled on free hosting. There is no setting or DNS record you can add to fix this.
