No, it is not a spam email.
If you have a hosting account that becomes “quite successful” (i.e., frequently uses a substantial amount of resources), then the automated system sends that email.
As for why the sender has that name, I think it’s because iFastNet has something set up incorrectly and it’s been like that for a while.
However, I get this email often has have never once had any of my accounts suspended for reaching any resource limit, so I think it’s fair to say that you can ignore the email.
And why iFN doesn’t have a callback for this is beyond me, I think it would be a good idea for resellers to be able to fully customise the hosting experience and this email sort of disallows that to an extent.
