I am requesting the immediate reactivation of my account if0_39804227. It was suspended on January 29th due to “Abuse” following a Google Safe Browsing false positive.

Current Status:

• Ticket ID: #965924.

• Google Validation: Google has already reviewed the site and confirmed it is CLEAN. There is no phishing or malware.

• Time Elapsed: The ticket has been “Pending” for over 4 days with no human response.

I am a technology professor and this suspension is currently affecting my students’ data and my academic operations. I have already migrated to a premium provider to ensure better security, but I urgently need temporary access to my account to download my SQL databases and PHP files before they are deleted.

Please reactivate the account so I can retrieve my data and resolve this matter.

Unfortunately we can’t help you here with permanent suspensions, you’ll have to ask in the support ticket for reactivation or backups.

Firstly, your website was not suspended because it was listed in Google Safe Browsing. Either your website being listed there is a coincidence, or it happened because something bad was found that triggered action from both Google and us.

Also, please consider the option that the reason Google may have removed the listing for your site is precisely because it’s suspended. After all, the harmful content is down now, so from Google’s perspective, the problem is solved. It doesn’t really say anything about the site you have on our hosting.
