When on click on Softaculous Installer it shows "Something went wrong, please allow 20 minutes then retry” when will it be resolved
Do as it says. Wait 20 minutes and then try again. If it is still erroring out, try clearing your cache and cookies for our Client Area, cPanel, and Softaculous websites. Then see if it works.

I also got the same message. I cleared the cache waited for 20 minutes but still it didn’t opened. I even created a new account but same error message of softaculous
getting same error.

To everyone above: please share the username of the account on which you experience the issue. Right now, I can’t reproduce or fix anything.
I fixed it for another account and I can fix it for your accounts too. But I need to know which accounts to fix.
And as a general piece of advise: always fill in the topic template. It request some information that’s often necessary to actually do anything.

Can’t help you with that here. This issue is about people being unable to login to Softaculous. Please try resetting your WordPress admin password. If that doesn’t fix it, please create a new topic about your issue instead of hijacking this one.
Your account is on hosting volume vol7_6, which is currently being migrated to a PHP 8.2 server. Not all accounts have been migrated yet, including yours. That’s why both your website is down, and may also be the reason why Softaculous is not working.
Your files should be moved in within the next 24 hours. Please try again after the files are back.
