Hey guys, I created my account today and when I try to use the Softaculous Apps Installer, I receive a 500 Internal Server Error message:

The account is new, so I haven’t reached the storage limit.
Already trying to reload the page several times.
Facing this error for 7 hours approximately.

Your entire home directory seems to be empty.
Looking at some of the other topics, it seems that your account is affected by this issue:
An update regarding this issue: the data in question is being migrated to a new PHP 8.2 server. The hosting platform is already updated to point to the new server, but not all data has been migrated yet. The remaining accounts are currently being migrated, and your files should be restored automatically within the next 24 hours.
There were other reports of not only the files being missing, but also not being able to upload any files. And if Softaculous cannot write files, it crashes, so that’s why you may see this error.
