I installed wordpress with Softaculous. When checking the install I see only a blank page. This happens on my addon domain. Please help.
I can see the page just fine.
A white page does mean there is a file (since you didn’t get redirected to a 404 page), maybe browser extensions, firewalls or antivirus programs are blocking it?
Wish I knew, but all extensions are disabled and tried 3 different browsers. I don’t have a antivirus active and firewall is disabled.
If you open the page and open DevTools (if possible), can you see any errors in the console?
I would recommend visiting the webpage again. When I first accessed the website around 12 hours ago I didn’t see anything, but it shows up for me now. It’s very likely that DNS propagation is the reason you weren’t seeing your website’s contents.
The message I’m getting now is “This site can’t be reached” so Dev tools do no good to check for errors.
Still not showing up for me. I have 4 different computers and multiple browsers. Checking the router next.
I checked router settings, no problems there…firewall disabled… Tried my phone and the site opened up with no problems. Went back to laptops uninstalled browsers and only reinstalled chrome. It’s working now. Crazy stuff. Glad it was on my end to figure out. Thank you all for your help.
