Cannot access. Just requests password & IP (and more) but everything I attempt doesn’t work. This has happened before, and took a day to fix. But it’s been more than 3 days.?

File Manager
Don’t recommend FTP because I am on a ChromeBook, not Windows. This problem really needs to be fixed.
Extending on my aforementioned comment about the File Manager, yes, I know tons of people make issues on this very problem, I thought I’d add it to my issue instead of making 2 separate issues. People say to use your FTP password from the Client Area. I try that and it doesn’t work.
Again extending on my aforementioned comment about Softaculous, it cannot be possible that I’ve reached the Inode limit. The account is fresh and untouched.
I checked your account, and it seems that FTP access is not enabled yet because the control panel has never been accessed.
Most people never notice this (because a connection to the control panel will be made when your account is created), but if for some reason you are unable to access the control panel, then FTP access will be disabled too.
Are you able to login to the control panel for your hosting account? Please try it. If it doesn’t work, that must be fixed first for your FTP to work.
