Softaculous is not working on my InfinityFree account. It says my account may be inactive or inode limit reached. Please help me fix this issue.

I am trying to access Softaculous from my control panel to install a script, but it is showing a message: ‘Softaculous is temporarily unavailable.’
I have checked my account status and would like to know if it’s an inode limit issue or a server-side problem. Please help me resolve this so I can continue with my project.
It’s not just you, there seems to be an outage with the Softaculous installation right now. All we can do as customers is wait for it to be fixed. In the meantime, whatever script you’re trying to install can likely be installed manually, if you can’t wait for Softaculous to be brought back online.
There appears to be an issue with Softaculous for some accounts resulting in this error. It’s not clear yet what exactly is causing this issue, but I have submitted a request upstream to have this checked.
