Softaculous Issue

I checked your account, and it seems that FTP access is not enabled yet because the control panel has never been accessed. Most people never notice this (because a connection to the control panel will be made when your account is created), but if for some reason you are unable to access the control panel, then FTP access will be disabled too. Are you able to login to the control panel for your hosting account? Please try it. If it doesn’t work, that must be fixed first for your FTP to work.

I tried to access the control panel, I did see the FTP access, but still i cannot use softaculous

May I know what is the next step?

I can’t think of anything clever except that maybe the whole acc is corrupt or
maybe an inode limit (if you have reached the max number of files)
or the server has problems.

When the admin gets time, he will try to connect
and then if everything works properly on his side, then we can see if there is something specific on your side that could cause such a problem

Thank you again for your reply.

I think probably have to wait for the admin to look into it. I tried many ways and the inode is only 7% consumed, hence i don’t think that is the issue.

I checked your account and can confirm the issue that opening Softaculous doesn’t work. I don’t see any reason why it wouldn’t work: your account is active and disk/inode usage is all well within the limits.

I have escalated the issue and will let you know more as soon as I get a reply.
