Getting this error message when trying to access Softaculous Apps Installer from the cpanel:
scriptinstall.rocks ’s server IP address could not be found.
ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED
Its happening for all three domains I have hosted at InfinityFree. I have already cleared my browser’s and computer’s catche. Any suggestions?

The cPanel system on where Softaculous is is actually offline, for now. So you can’t install scripts automatically at the moment, but you need to install them manually.
It looks like the main DNS servers of iFastNet are down. Softaculous itself may still be running, but since ifastnet.com and scriptinstall.rocks don’t have working DNS, these domains cannot be reached right now. I’m certain that iFastNet is aware of this and working to fix it.
Hey did you get the solution? I have the same problem. I have check in my network… c-panel ports are not blocked in my network.
for other hosting providers is working fine…Hope @Admin has solution
