Error Message
is just me or is the server is down while working on my website suddenly I error 500 internal error for a while now and I get this message

I just tried to open Softaculous for your account, and now it gave a very clear error:
It appears your account has fully used it’s inode allocation, you will need to delete files to reduce inodes before the script installer will work, or upgrade to premium hosting where we offer over 400,000 inodes !
So it seems that you may have installed a little bit more software than your account can handle. You will need to delete some folders from (unused) scripts on your account to be able to access Softaculous again.
Your control panel shows an inode counter that tracks how many files and folders you have on your hosting account. If you’re seeing high inode usage or approaching the limit, don’t panic. Most websites use many inodes, and this is completely normal.

I deleted the files still as it is

and the space used is the same
the used space shown on your account is not updated in real time, its update around every 8 hours but that is just the value displayed
the space will be available so you should be able to install immediately
