Hi, I’m trying to set up WP Mail SMTP on my WordPress site using InfinityFree hosting. However, I keep getting a “Connection timed out” (Error 110) when trying to connect to my SMTP host on port 465/587.

I have tried different configurations but the connection is always blocked. Could you please check if outgoing SMTP connections are enabled for my account or if there is a firewall restriction?

External SMTP connections should just work, but only on port 587. Other ports, including 465, 25 and 2525, are blocked.

Can you please share the hostname of the SMTP server that you’re trying to connect to so we can check it?
