As while checking the website speed on gtmetrix, i see the following SSL issue:

Please note movie sharing is against the TOS and the file size limit is 10mb.

Looking at this speedtest, it says your page requires loading 67 URLs and download over 20 MB of data to load.

That’s going to be slow regardless of where you host it.

Just make the files smaller and reduce the number of requests?

As for how to do that on your website, it entirely depends on how you built your website. There is no one size fits all answer to that question.

movie sites etc. are not allowed as they come under infringement. Remove the content reported, it should be there in the email you received.

for how long have you worked on your site btw? is it made on wordpress or html, css etc? do you have a backup?

see, as said movie websites are not allowed. ifastnet can be sued, so they suspend such websites. no one allow to host such websites, even premium ones. better host your own server in aws etc/.
